Under the agreement signed in 2016 by the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts of Yeditepe University Faculty of Fine Arts and UNESCO / UNITWIN "Food, Culture and Development", represented by Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) and our ongoing efforts to record Turkish Culinary Culture. Dear Aydan Üstkanat, who is the author of Star Newspaper and La Cucina Magazine, has prepared a traditional meal from the table of her Albanian and Cretan food traditions with our students. Our students recorded these wonderful foods for the future generations. We had a great day. We thank Aydan Üstkanat for her contributions.
