Course Objectives: 
The aim of the course is to explain the importance of a meeting or organization, especially arts organizations, for arts management. To teach how a meeting is planned, how it is organized, how it reaches the audience, how it is shared with the press and to examine what art organizations mean in terms of the artist / audience / art director trio.
Course Content: 

The realization of the event plan, working in cooperation and in harmony with the organizers and employees, and the organizational management from the idea to the realization of the event until the end will be analyzed in the course from an administrative point of view.

Course Methodology:

2 What is communication? Its place in the concept of marketing. Types of communication. Basic communication functions. Different communication tools. Meetings and organizations as a communication tool.  
3 Definition of art and differences between fine arts, crafts and traditional arts. Art as a means of communication. Types of communication required for works of art to reach the required audience.  
4 Art and marketing relationship. The "consumer group" of art. What can be done to raise awareness for a work of art or artist. Presentation of art.  
5 What is an event? How is it different from any meeting? Basic features and purposes. What is the art "event"? Possible purposes of organizing an art event.
