Course Objectives: 
This class provides an understanding of organizational behavior theories. It teaches the organizational behavior processes and the basics of motivations for organizational effectiveness. The seminar also conveys the principles of conflict and stress management for organizational effectiveness and it provides the necessary information to evaluate the relationship between organizational culture and organizational behavior.
Course Content: 

Organizational behavior (OB) is about the study of knowledge and application concerning human behavior in work settings. OB examines its subjects at three level as individual, group and organizational level. OB provides a good opportunity for researchers to understand, to explain and to predict acts of organizational members in the course of the achievement of organizational objectives.
