Course Objectives: 
To provide the equipment that can develop a holistic perspective on art with the knowledge and spirit of the past and today. To provide the necessary equipment to objectively evaluate a work of art in historical, structural and contextual contexts, in terms of psychological, sociological, anthropological, linguistic, ontological, political and economic aspects in parallel with the art history discipline.
Course Content: 
  • To reflect on criticism and interpretation as an important variable of art institutionalism, to discuss, to follow the current literature.

    To analyze the works in consideration of all periodic conditions. Contribution, value, transforming power, meaning etc. re-read from angles, reposition.

Course Methodology:
