Our department provides theoretical, practical and interdisciplinary training on the organization of artistic activities such as exhibitions, festivals and fairs. The historical development of art, structural analysis of art places, cultural studies, video art, cost calculations, sponsorship and public relations are the main subjects of the program. Program courses include Art and Cultural History, Contemporary Art, Performing Arts, Public Relations, Cultural Studies, Marketing, Economics, Advertising Management.

Yeditepe University Theatre Department he has been giving four-year acting education which is complemented by theoretical and practical courses, seminars and workshops, since the beginning of the 1996-1997 academic year. Throughout the four-year education period, the prospective actor will receive practical training in the fields of movement, voice-breathing and speech training, improvisation, acting, role-playing and game preparation, and as a fully equipped theater person graduated from compulsory theoretical courses by developing elective courses and in line with his/her own will.

Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts; founded in 2003 by Tuğrul Şavkay, the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Yeditepe University is the first established Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Program in Turkey. The fundamental aim of our department is to academically explore, preserve, develop, and introduce Turkish culinary culture to the world. Our program offers a wide range of courses, including nutrition, food science, food hygiene, new product development, food and beverage management and marketing, food culture and history, world culinary cultures, food styling and photography, classical and modern culinary techniques, and pastry arts.

In addition to the traditional course program, our department stands as the first and only Gastronomy and Culinary Arts program in Turkey to offer students four different course programs through innovative modular education to respond swiftly to the rapidly changing needs of the industry. Our department holds the distinction of being a leader and the only Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department in various fields.

Our department has agreements with prominent institutions worldwide. It has a collaboration with Universitat Oberta de Catalunya in Spain, represented by the UNESCO/UNITWIN chair "Food Culture and Innovation." Additionally, it has an agreement with Ecole Ducasse - ENSP, a world-renowned pastry school in France. Our department holds the patent for developing a new product in Turkey, specifically the gluten-free tarhana formula and production. It is also the only department in Turkey to have an agreement with Boston University for the Master of Liberal Arts in Gastronomy program. Furthermore, our department offers the only Gastronomy and Culinary Culture Master's program in Turkey.

As a pioneer in social responsibility initiatives, our department is the first and only Turkish partner of the Universities Fighting World Hunger (UFWH) network, an initiative created by the United Nations and Auburn University to raise awareness about hunger on campus. Moreover, we are the first partner in Turkey of the Presidents United to Solve Hunger (PUSH) consortium network, a global movement working towards ensuring food security on university campuses.

Department of Arts Management offers students both theoretical and practical interdisciplinary education exhibition making, festival and fair organisation. General art history, constructional analysing of modern art venues, cultural studies, video art, accounting, sponsorship and public relations are the main objectives held extensively. Amongst the curriculum there are also other courses including, Art and Cultural History, Art and Cultural Management, Performing Arts, Gallery and Museum Management and Art Marketing.  

Department of Fashion & Textile Design aims to bring up designer candidates who are capable of designing all the elements of clothing and the accessories that complete a look, including the fabric; vital element of clothing and accessories, surface of the fabric, can correlate between concept, collection and styling, can analyze the technical steps within the fashion design process.
