Course Objectives: 
The cultural industry has an important place in the economy of countries. This course focuses on the sub-sectors that make up the cultural economy in Turkey and abroad. The aim of the course is to get the participants acquainted with the actors of the cultural sector, to be aware of the economic aspects of the field, and to have knowledge about the related sub-sectors that contribute to national income and employment.
Course Content: 

In this course, students will learn the historical development of cultural industrialization based on the concept of "culture industry" from international dissemination and information policy documents, books and articles.

Course Methodology:
