Course Objectives: 
The aim of this course is to teach the basic concepts of art and art history, as a continuation of the Art History I course in the historical process, focusing on the development of art from the 19th century to the 1970s, to teach chronologically the art works, the social structure of the periods which the artworks were made and the terminology of the art history.
Course Content: 

Besides theoretical texts and the discussion of important artists, various movements and media that influenced the evolution from modern art to postwar art will be analyzed.
