Course Objectives:

The aim of this course is to get the future actors/ actress acquainted with the improvements in theater.

Course Content:

This course covers the history of the world theatre, starting from its origins until the end of the 18th century. Its subjects include developments in the field of dramatic theory and stage technology, as well as changes in performance space and especially improvements in acting and in parallel with social and historical changes occured during this period. The aim of this course is to get the future actors/actresses acquainted with the improvements in theatre.
