‘’Eleven Madison Park’’ which has been deemed one of the best restaurants in the world.

Our graduate Perihan Sarper, got first place with her photograph named ‘’Yeşilin Dansı’’
(Translates to; dance of the green), at the gastronomy summit hi_food_ITU’s ‘’Lezzetin Rengi’’
(The color of appetizing) themed competition.
One of our new students is none other than the 156th among Turkey with her TS-2 score, who
now has succesfully completed her prep school period. Will now be continuing
her education and following her dreams at Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department.

We scored FIRST PLACE with our traditional bread making on Grandmas’ Design’s
(a European Union Project) ‘’Community Bakery’’ branch.
We signed an education contract with the highly esteemed ‘’French Pastry Arts at
Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie’’.
Turkey’s first Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department, at Yeditepe University, has acquired
an important patent. Thanks to this achievement, which was aimed towards Celiac disease
patients with its high plant-based protein, Gluten-free tarhana can now be produced, using
traditional techniques.
Yeditepe University’s Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department was the only one to join in with
Jamie Oliver’s ‘’2016 Food Revolution’’ in Turkey.
