One of our graduates; Doğuş şahin, is making us proud by working in

‘’Eleven Madison Park’’ which has been deemed one of the best restaurants in the world.

The headline reads; Turkish academician’s (Sibel Özilgen) book became a course

staple in Australia.

Our graduate Perihan Sarper, got first place with her photograph named ‘’Yeşilin Dansı’’

(The color of appetizing) themed competition.

One of our new students is none other than the 156th among Turkey with her TS-2 score, who

now has succesfully completed her prep school period. Will now be continuing

her education and following her dreams at Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department.

Turkey’s first Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department, at Yeditepe University, has acquired

an important patent. Thanks to this achievement, which was aimed towards Celiac disease

patients with its high plant-based protein, Gluten-free tarhana can now be produced, using

traditional techniques.

Yeditepe University’s Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department was the only one to join in with

Jamie Oliver’s ‘’2016 Food Revolution’’ in Turkey.

We take pride in having become Turkey’s only Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department with

a partnership with UNESCO / UNITWIN.
