Chef Paul Bocuse, known as one of the first chefs to develop a modernized version of classic French cooking in the late 1960's and recognized as a mentor of the gastronomy world has passed away at the age of 91. He was one of the pioneers of nouvelle cuisine.

As Yeditepe University Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department we remember Chef Paul Bocuse with respect for his contributions to the gastronomy world.
